Standard Shipping

Standard delivery is usually delivered within 2-4 working days. We may use a number of different couriers depending on the size and weight of your order.

Delivery could be any weekday depending on courier used.

Any orders placed after 1pm Friday and over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday, excluding Public Holidays.

We will make every effort to delivery all your items together and at the same time, however in some cases your order may arrive in separate consignments. 

Standard Shipping (Islands & Scottish Highlands)

Standard delivery is usually delivered within 2-4 working days.

If a surcharge for your delivery is required it may be displayed on the checkout or we may contact you prior to shipping.

We will make every effort to delivery all your items together and at the same time, however in some cases your order may arrive in separate consignments. 

Premium Shipping

Order by 1pm for Next Working Day Delivery by a select courier.

Delivery is Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Any orders placed after 1pm Friday and over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday, excluding Public Holidays.

Premium shipping surcharge is calculated at checkout.

Premium shipping is not available to Islands & Scottish Highlands.

Delivery Failure

If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival by email. A refund of the cost of goods without shipping will be processed within 7 days unless you have notified us before then to advise that the goods are still required. If the goods are still required you will be charged an additional shipping fee for a second delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. If no one is present the courier may deliver your goods to a neighbour or a safe place, they should leave a card to advise where the parcel has been left. If the parcel is showing as being delivered but you are claiming non receipt of parcel please contact customer services. Notification of such failures must be made within 7 days. Please allow 3-5 working days from the date of notifying us to allow us to investigate with the courier. If a refund is applied and the goods are later located then we reserve the right to place a debit for these goods unless you return them to us. Failure to raise a initial query within this timeframe may result in failure to investigate with our couriers and redress may not be offered. 

Delivery Timeframes

We use a number of third party couriers to provide our services and on occasion human error may cause a package to become delayed or lost. We cannot be held responsible for a package not reaching its destination on time.

In order to avoid disappointment we suggest that the customers place orders well in advance of when they require the goods.

Click & Collect

FREE Click & Collect available same day at Royals Gym in Holbeach. Collection hours may vary but are typically Monday to Friday, 06:00-22:00 weekends vary.

We will hold your Click & Collect order for a maximum of 14 days (from the date of order). We cannot hold orders longer than this. Once this time expires our order will be cancelled and refunded.

You will receive two emails.

  1. The first one is to let you know we are processing your order
  2. The second one is to advise you that your order is ready for collection

Please do not travel to Royals Gym until you have received a email from using stating it is Ready for Collection. Before you travel please ensure you have the following:

  1. Your Ready for Collection email.
  2. The credit or debit card used to order.
  3. Photo identification of the person who placed the order.
